Set and bait these in the pond the day before you fish, and the next day FREE BAIT. Why pay the bait store costs? Particularly for bigger minnows and goldfish. Catch your own, whatever size you really want. Fun for the kids, too. Teach the youngsters everything doesn't have to come from the store. The FREE BAIT I capture in this manner seems to live longer, too.

When trimming, I have actually one I been using three years and it was ideal shape till we didn't see it. I leave it out in the lawn by the pond.
